We offer custom exempt processing on 

beef, pork, lamb, and goat 

for families or animals sold in shares.

Additionally, we offer USDA inspected processing for meat intended for resale. We also provide overnight carcass chilling for those wanting to break their own carcass down.

You can now purchase a variety of beef cuts available on-site at our facility during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm).
